In Ohio if you're arrested for an OVI there is usually the option to complete a 72 or 48 Hour Driver Intervention Program (DIP) or 3-10 days in jail. An OVI also lands 6 points on your Ohio driver's license.
In Ohio if you're convicted of Reckless Operation it is 4 points on your license and generally you will be court-ordered to complete a DIP or jail-time.
In Ohio if you're convicted of Physical Control it usually does not put points on your license but generally you may be court-ordered to complete a DIP or jail-time.
We offer the 8 hour Adult Remedial Driving Course (2 point credit or a 12 point reinstatement) at all of our locations.
